WHAT PROGRAMS DO WE OFFER?

Solid Ground is a residential treatment home with a high staff-to-client ratio, focusing on biopsychosocial, non 12 step recovery programs. We combine aspects of narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and group activities to drill down, develop relationships and ultimately develop the trust that is required for lasting change to be possible.

Elevate is a private residential treatment home that provides care and therapy for individuals struggling with substance use, and compulsive disorders, PTSD, or trauma.

Elevate's clinical staff incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), existential and rational emotive therapy.

Together We Can Main Centre is our largest residential treatment program consisting of five homes, counselling and group spaces, fitness centre, kitchen, and administrative offices. Based on a 12-step recovery approach, residents are encouraged to seek new relationships with healthy individuals in recovery, attend extracurricular programming, and re-establish their connection and role within society.

The ARISE program embodies a holistic trauma-informed approach to recovery that allows you to discover more about yourself. The team works closely on a 1-1 basis, modeling integrity; ensuring that they meet you where you are at, with support and empathy. As a client, you are given a new lease on life as you learn about your values, beliefs, assets, liabilities, and behaviours that may hold you back. This is accomplished by guiding you through a variety of holistic models.

The All My Relations program incorporates indigenous culture, traditions and ceremonies to address substance use disorders with indigenous men.

There are three components to the All My Relations program: introduction to the 12-step model of addiction recovery, individual and group counselling and highlighting indigenous culture.
