A virtual anchor to recovery



What makes Our Anchor program unique?



The virtual Anchor Program is tailored to the needs of both individuals and businesses by providing an intensive outpatient treatment experience built on a two-week schedule for a minimum of 80 hours.


With this foundation of empathy, care, understanding, and safety, our Anchor Program is personalized for you with a mixture of online classes, one on one counseling, and group therapy tailored to an individual's strengths where we empower you in a scheduled, structured, supportive environment that promotes the values of unity, vulnerability, routine, and trust.


This intensive online program minimizes time away from work, reducing the impact on the needs of both you and your employer.




Our approach





Our Anchor program is designed to give you a foundation for your recovery. You will spend about 40 hours per week for a minimum two weeks. During that time, you will have regular check in’s with our addiction counselors, three hours of video group facilitation, and one hour a day of counseling to review our material. In addition to the counseling and groups, there will be workbooks/worksheets for you to complete each night. These evening worksheets will make you more aware of key topics that will give you a solid foundation to anchor your recovery.


The community resources you connect with will help elevate your journey. Gaining information while you are in the program is one thing. Implementing this information into your daily routine will set you up for success.

You will be introduced to a variety of different types of modalities of recovery: 12 Steps, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, SMART Recovery & Holistic practices. When looking at building up different areas of your life, we call this building your “Recovery Life."
