Recovery from drug and alcohol addiction is most successful when we take into account both physical fitness and rehabilitation alongside someone's addiction treatment journey.
Residents of Together We Can and its auxillary programs access a variety of physical fitness programs, including Recovery Fitness Boot Camps by Rummy Black of Mana Fitness.
At Recovery Boot Camp, physical health takes centre stage as participants engage in a structured fitness regimen to rebuild strength, endurance, and overall wellness. Under Rummy's guidance, individuals undergo group workouts that challenge the body and promote healing from the inside out. Through regular exercise sessions, participants experience the physical benefits of increased energy levels, improved sleep patterns, and enhanced resilience—a crucial foundation for sustained recovery.
Confidence is the cornerstone of successful recovery, and at Recovery Boot Camp, participants are encouraged to reclaim their sense of self-worth and empowerment. Through positive reinforcement, goal-setting exercises, and celebration of achievements, individuals gradually rediscover their strengths and capabilities. As they witness their physical and mental transformation unfold, participants emerge from the program with newfound confidence, ready to embrace life's challenges with courage and resilience.
Recognizing the integral connection between physical health, mental well-being, and confidence, Rummy Black has curated a comprehensive program designed to address each aspect of recovery.
