Grief and loss support

A free bi-weekly open grief and loss group, using your peers, support, and education to help you further your journey. Grief and loss is an individual process and can be experienced due to death, divorce, finances, and health-related issues. The meetings are open to anyone, and there is no cost to attend. Each group will focus on a different theme and share coping skills and strategies to help you.

The class is held on Thursday evenings from 6:00 - 7:00 PM (PST) via Zoom. The next four dates are:

February 1 - Understanding the Grief & Loss Process

February 15 - Types of Grief & How to recognize your Grief & Loss

February 29 - Trauma & Emotional Regulation with Grief & Loss

March 7 - Common Tools for Regulating your Grief & Loss

You will be asked to complete a short intake assessment before joining the group. We want all participants to feel supported in a safe space to move at their own pace through their individual grief process toward the hope of recovery. Please complete the assessment below, and the group facilitator will contact you shortly.

Individual Grief & Loss Counselling Sessions are available at an hourly rate.
